Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🧼 Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed baby clothing.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

🔁 Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we can offer an exchange—subject to availability. Please contact us first at contact@jabalexpress.com to initiate the exchange process.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
